AGRIKULTUR
This is a passion story about Filip Fastén and Joel Åhlin. Two young award-winning chefs who met in one of Sweden's most renowned kitchens and opened their own restaurant at only 25. Driven by their passion for food and locally produced ingredients, this is a story about what inspires them and what made them take the bold step of opening their own restaurant. Agrikultur is no older than 2 years and has already gotten the status as one of the best restaurants in Stockholm.
Sustainability, nordic design and nature are some of the things that inspire their menu and the atmosphere at Agrikultur. It feels like home, both to them and their guests. Which to Filip and Joel, is the point of it all.
